Can someone save this shot?

This is my first thread so be easy on me! I am posting this here as it was shot with the Handheld Twilight.

We were alone in the woods with only moon light for lighting, I tried to re-take the shot with a better ISO setting so I could reduce noise but could never quite get it. The bad thing about Handheld Twilight mode is it produces only a JPEG.

I really enjoy the composition, but the quality is pretty awful and the shadows and blacks are full of nasty grain. I was wondering is there anyway to save this photo? I am fairly new to taking photos and even newer at manipulating them with software. I would really appreciate any advice/help this community could provide!
