I already explained it and I posted an example.

There is no such thing as quality of blur for a lens in general. It depends on the FL, the aperture, the enlargement factor, etc., and they are different for equivalent images.

Just look at the image above. Forget about the highlights, look at the two (almost) vertical lines in the background. The 50D crop has a clear edge in the center, missing form the FF crop. That lens is known for not so great bokeh but it performs much better on FF.
