I could witter-on at length about this but when all is said and done the only correct course of action is to employ a lawyer, lay out the full circumstances of the shoot and the photographers usage(s) (or licensed usage), and take it under professional advice from there. Please do not rely or act upon information you receive anonymously online on this matter.
