I recently was sent some images from a photographer who shot a wedding, and many of the images that were taken, the faces were out of focus.

This is common when photographers have the camera on automatic autofocus point selection. The camera chooses the closest thing to the lens most often, and in this photographer's case the bouquet was in focus, but the bride's face was out.

I felt this was so important that I made the following YouTube video to help:

Thank you for the informative video. But might I suggest using a lens with a greater DOF? I say this because I would want BOTH the eyeballs AND the nose to be in focus...
