Not at A3, but larger yes. I spent years printing A3+ until I got fed up of it as I had nowhere to store them.
I now only print A4 or smaller and if I want a bigger print, I get it printed.

To the person who persists in saying that the boat picture is OOF, all I can say is that your knowledge of photography would encompass about 4 pixels.

It is is my opinion, based of years of printing, that looking at things at 100% is a mistake from the point of view of choosing images. It is too exacting.

Would print very well at A3, believe it or not. It's a bit compressed but it's a 19mp scan of a scanned 35mm slide.

This is a bit of it at 100%

If it were uncompressed it would just look grainier, but not more detailed.

I've printed a lot of 35mm scans at a3 and they look surprisingly good, and sometimes as lot more like a photograph than modern digital stuff.
