Upgrade from D90

Well I finally sold my D90 and now I need to decide what to replace it with. I am using an e-pl1 at the minute just to try out the m43 system.

I still have my 50 f1.8 and Nikon 70-300 so I am weighing up the options of dumping these and getting an omd or nex-7 or keeping them and getting a D700 and keeping a small camera. The D800 is outa my reach I think.

I like to shoot family (2 small kids), landscapes, street, portrait and I shoot some Motorsport or low light sport the very odd time.

I got rid of the D90 for the following reasons;
Terrible small viewfinder
Poor high iso
No af-on button which I got into recently

Slightly small grip, my pinky kept slipping of the end without the grip attached.
3 exposure bracketing
Miserable 9 point af.
