I'd love to hear about some of your techniques. Some of the photos appeared quite in your subject's face, yet they showed no obvious discomfort or even aware of you (I think that's what add to the power - the feeling that we are the fly on the wall, unnoticed, watching life.)

How do you do this? Shoot from the waist? Prefocus and quickly shoot? Hyperfocal? Discuss with the subject beforehand? Walk around the camera glued to your face?
