Simpler and more practical than you think

The MTS video files are in a SREAM sub-folder of a BMDV/AVCHD/PRIVATE structure because that makes it easier for them to play if copied to a Blu-ray disc.

With any file structure, its easy to find the video files, at least with Windows Explorers and the properties right-click, since they use up so much space. When the card is in the camera itself, shouldn't the review function find the video files? That works with a humble HX7V, so one would thinkg an alpha would be similar.

Some people think that "complicated," yet insist on cameras with much more bewildering manual controls, effects, and menu structures.

My favorite is the people who insist on full manual control while shooting video, as if they are going to tweak shutter, aperture, ISO, and focus as they fire away video of a sports event, which is about as easy as dead reckon navigation of an F-18 at tree top altitude.
