I didn't do a side by side comparison, but speedlights.net did. And their results show that the Di866 is actualy a fraction more powerful than the stated guide number(!).

Impressive indeed, seems like a top performer! YongNuo on the other hand Seems they don't quite live up to their official spec, though for the price they seem to get the job done for the strobists out there on the cheap
