Help..decision time looming
i went from the d80 + 24-70 to a d700 and the difference in image quality is quite noticeable. i would go for the d700 and maybe add an 85/1.8 or cz 100/2 for those tighter portraits
Just looking for some advice. Currently have a couple of Nikon D80's ( both around 30,000 clicks ). Using the 24-70 2.8 Nikkor and shoot predominantly portraits. Looking to buy the 70-200 VR II to compliment the 24-70.
Option 2 is to stick with the 24-70 and upgrade the body to either D7000 or D700. Baby portraits and a lot of outdoor family portraits are what we do.
I have always been of the opinion that better glass is the key to it, but looking at the specs of the D7000, D700 kinda makes me wonder?
