I didn't say that. I said that if I have both cameras available that the only time I'd choose the D800 over the D4 is in the studio and for static subjects. The D800 is a great camera for a lot of uses, but it's not nearly as good as the D4 for most situations.

With the D800 you can shoot plenty of movement in plenty of different conditions in available light, no problem....

Yes, you can, but not as well as you can with the D4. My entire point is that the D800 is categorically not the best dSLR available.
