Price gouging

I was on a web site researching some information regarding a D2X. Ad for Ryther Camera in Linden NJ. They are selling a D800 for $4099.00. I realize that Nikon merely sets MSRP, but Nikon authorizes these dealers to sell their products, not to screw their customers.
