Agree, totally!

I'm going to assume there is more to the story than that. I have returned MUCH more than that to Amazon, and done so each year for at least the last 7 or 8 yrs. And I'm going to go out on a limb and predict that millions of people also have returned 3 or more items back to Amazon within any 12 month period.

Perhaps it's total cost related, I dunno. But they certainly have no policy against returning 3 or more DIFFerent items over a 12 month period.

Here's the relevant text:

last week, Amazon sent me an email telling me that my account has been closed and that my Prime membership fee will NOT be refunded. The reason was that I had made three returns in the last 12 months. when I looked at all my past receipts, I did see the three returned camera/camcorders. The three items amounted to $8500. Compare this to the nearly $20,000 that I spent on Amazon in the same period of time.... ($20,000 included about 150 individual orders, based on a boxful of receipts that I have) so, 3 returns out of 150 orders....

I appealed the decision, but was denied... the rep said that my return rate was "excessive"(their word, not mine)...
Is this right? Can they really do this?

So, no, I don't "know" that they do this. It sure looks like it though.
