D4 overhyped

I have had my D4 for a month or so and while it is a great camera, it is a little overhyped. I have made several comparison tests against my old reliable D700 and found the following.

On a grid test I can see a slight improvement in the resolution. I don't know what this translates into for lines per inch but it must be tiny.

I get detectable noise with my D700 at about ISO 1600 and maybe 800. With my D4 I can go to ISO 3200 before seeing what I think is about the same level of noise. This is under incandescent room light.
It is nice to have the extra 5 frames per second but not huge.

The other features are nice but I would rather have a little more resolution. It sure has made me appreciate how good is my D700. I'm just curious how others feel
