New NEX5n: Depth of Field and Focus Question
May 2, 2012
|
I took this hand held photo of a Texas Bluebonnet over the Easter weekend using my new NEX 5n with the 18-55mm kit lens. When I view the photo at 100% it appears many of the petals are out of focus despite a f9 aperture. I'm a little disappointed in this photo because I've seen a lot of sharp images from this camera and lens. The shutter speed is 1/125 which should be fast enough for hand held. I zoomed in to 36mm. What went wrong?
