I was planning to use tripod/monopod or a shoulder rig as a stabilization platform. IBIS or OIS will not really stabilize hand-held video.

If I understand you correctly, you don't like 14-140 as it doesn't lend itself all that well to creative shots and you don't like primes because they are not stabilized. Is it a fair summary?

What about manual focusing in video mode? My main concern here is that I am not sure if it is possible to use magnification aid in video. Without it, I can't really get a good focus. Hence, my interest in a lens that can auto-focus in video mode and the relative merits of its use vs. primes.

Did anyone use new Oly 12-50 with its macro mode on GH2 for video? Can it auto-focus well on it?

What lenses do you use on GH2? How do you solve manual focusing?
