M5 - ISO and "real ISO"

iso 1600 = 1600 ...

if you don't waste any of your time compare your camera to other cameras you don't have.

Just meter correctly for the exposure, boom you'll get nice images on paper or screen

Are the RAW files compareable? I think the ISO 1600 RAW has to be compared to the G3 ISO 1000 RAW for real world comparison...
