Changed the screen on my GXR!

Wow, it was quite the operation. I wouldn't say it was easy. Finding the screws was no problem, but wiggling off the back plate was harder than I thought. It took me a while to realize that there was a piece of tape connecting the back plate with the rest of the camera. Once the screen was in place it took a while to puzzle the back piece onto the camera again. But it worked! With a small problem: the battery door now does not open on its own, the fit is too tight. But I don't mind, luckily Ricoh put a small covered hole next to the battery compartment. I can lift the little rubber cover and pop the battery compartment open with my pinky. So I now have a like new, fully funnctioning GXR+P10. Bought it on ebay for $150. cheap as the screen was cracked...no to taking pictures!
