Unfortunately for sellers, the going price these days is hardly "fair." You can look at ended auctions and see that the going price is pretty low for such a great camera. I bought my E-3 a year ago for $550. This is why cameras are a poor investment unless you plan to use them up. Lenses hold their value much better.

For buyers, this is great and I have hopes that Olympus will bring out a good E7 so I can afford the E5 at some point.
