S100 video noise from AF

I recently bought an S100 and had the same issue. Seems like it happened in a quiet environment but was also audible in normal conditions as well. So I brought the camera back to the store and had them check a second camera. The second camera exhibited much less noise during auto-focusing while recording video. You can still hear it but it's not as loud and as obvious.

A workaround is to focus beforehand and then set it to MF when you take the video. May not be ideal when trying to do close up work or when moving the camera while filming. I noticed the camera made more noise when it was trying to change focus and in low light. Hope I was of some help.
