If not, then mettering system was definitelly biased by the light leaking through viewfinder. Hence the reason of underexposing...

Thanks, it slowly comes back to me now. I forgot about this. Since I tried liveview before without issues, I stopped caring. Well, I just used liveview extensively during the last few weeks since I got annoyed by the oof issue.

So it definitely depends on the stray light entering the viewfinder? That would explain the sometimes inconsistent results, depending on how the open viewfinder was exposed to sunlight or shade respectively.
