I have both Lightroom and Aperture. I used Aperture for a number of years and was quite happy with it until I started to use a GH2. The results from the GH2 with Aperture made me suspect that Apple had employed a colour blind software team. After a few months they then updated the GH2 component but it still wasn't right, shadow areas had a magenta cast. It could be corrected but it involved me sitting in front of the computer when I should have been out taking pictures. This drove me to get Lightroom which while I don't like the UI as much as Aperture the results from the GH2 have involved a lot less faffing about.
If I were you I'd wait until they support the X Pro-1 and then download the trails of both of them to see which suits you best.
