Printer + Monitor - Recommendations

I'm in the market for a new monitor and printer for photographic purposes (duh). Assume that I can pay up to £1500/$2000; that I use pro-grade full-frame DSLR gear; that I want to be able to print high quality prints up to 13 x 19; that I use Lightroom 4 but only Photoshop Essentials; that I have limited time and no experience at all when it comes to calibration.
I shoot just about anything, in case that matters.
Recommendations greatly appreciated and apologies for the Newbie nature of the question.
