This is Ipanema beach, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
I'm from here.
This view is from Arpoador, a cliff (and small beach) situated exactly between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches.
Looking to the sea Ipanema is on the right and Copacabana is on the left.
Too bad I just forgot to turn off the OS on this excellent indeed Sigma 70-200.
Just realized it when i got home.
My main goal was to test the 10-20 though.
But a live pretty close to this place so I have plans to go back there soon and try different things.

Also it's interesting to see the 70-200 jump just a little when OS is on and the lens is tripod mounted. I wondered what that would do to an image. I have a 70-200 also and I agree with you it is very very good.
