Those look pretty good, at least at the resolution I can see. And if you have to strap your tripod to the ceiling, so be it.

I wouldn't shoot at f/22 unless I absolutely needed the depth of field. Actually, I wouldn't shoot at f/22 even if I did need depth of field; I would stack focus. Your lens is going to be sharper around f/8 and if you stop down, you lose sharpness from diffraction.

The lighting looks nice and uniform, although you might want to change that to get more texture; use a stronger light on one side to pick up surface variations.

I don't know what lens you were using but a macro lens is probably helpful. The 60mm f/2.8G is going to be the best for a flat field and excellent sharpness.
