IR has a very detailed review on the NEX-7 and if you are serious about purchasing one, this would be a good read.

As you can see in the Print section, from a JPEG they easily printed 40x30 images and of course you can pull more detail from a RAW file. They used a Sigma 90mm Macro with the LA-1 Adapter, which is one of their main test lens.

The NEX-7 is the BEST camera of it's size and one of the best period for making large prints.
