Yes. Max Aperture.

Seriously though, the 12mm is perfect for astrophotography, open it up to f/2, manually set the focus at infinity (a hair less actually), ISO at 1600 and go for 20 seconds or so at a clear night sky.

The 9-18 takes ND filters and is perfect for a wide range of landscape / water shots while the 12-50 is probably the weakest at 12mm of the three you've mentioned, but the zoom range and weatherproofing make is a must lens for hiking and just general walk-around photography...
