1. Check out your lens. If you have "dust inside your lens," it can show up just like "spots on your sensor" at small apertures. At the least, make sure that your lens is ultra-clean at both ends.

2. If you're going to have an interchangeable-lens camera, you need to get comfortable with cleaning your own sensor. Get a good blower, and get what you need in order to do a wet cleaning. I recommend the "Visible Dust" products, since they provide very good instructions for them, online. Get some kind of a good lighted magnifier, so you can actually see whatever may actually be on your sensor.

It's very unlikely that you've got anything that a wet cleaning couldn't clean up, and absolutely, most of the time a simple quick blower session will remove any dust you might have. It's not difficult, it's not rocket science, it's just something you've got to do for yourself, and take responsibility for.
