I think my OM-D is defective

How do you reset to factory default. I have been trying all the settings. SCN is working fine, I turn the dial to Art then the display shows the options when I select any of the Art it jumps to the settings of ISO etc and I can take picture if I use the EVF but not putting my eye on EVF i don't see anything on the LCD then tried other setting and seems it's stuck..Even the iAuto. I am wondering if the reset will work.
