B&H hats, caps, mugs, etc. for D800 orders

Ok, so I ordered my D800 a day late (a day after the pre-orders were first being taken). No camera yet. Very disparate information from the company -- except for Henry, who seems to provide "real" details. My burning question of the day? Who qualifies for the freebies that have been apparently sent to some who have been waiting but not others?
