5D Mark II shooting video tutorial?

Of course, but the better tutorials I've see (which I can't find again) weren't on YouTube. The vast majority of what is there seem to be about overall camera operation or comparisons but not so much on the video. And trying to search for "video tutorial" comes up with, as one might expect, just about everything.
