I am a fan of Reid Reviews and have been for quite some time. I agree with him that I shall use Silky for raw on the xp1 until Adobe catches up. In the meantime Silkypix seems to do a fine job if you need to process a raw file. Its controls are a bit strange and non intuitive but it does work quite well.

Yesterday someone posted an upgrade to the supplied CD program for raw on the Xpro1 and it was fine. I inserted an untouched raw image and it was virtually perfect. Of course that is thanks to the camera and lenses as well as the Silkypix for X cameras program.
