1) Has a cool background, but doesn't help this particular image. Probably be better to get her away from the wall and open your aperture.

2) Kind of overexposed. Bleach and slightly overexposed works for hi-fashion shots, but I don't think it works for this. If your background is white, and your doing headshots, then a tighter crop will help.

Lastly if you doing on camera axis shots, try to shoot down on the individual. Bouncing will also work. This will prevent the dreaded double chip, which occurs when the light fills in that region.
