Question about Nikon 85mm 1.4 G lens

Hi all, I was wondering if anybody who has used this lens can tell me whether its exterior is plastic or metal. I expected a magnesium alloy construction but came across several sources saying it is plastic.
If it is plastic, what do you think of the overall build quality? Any other thoughts about this lens are greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
