High-End Retouching Techniques?

I wasn't actually looking for tutorials. I was sort of looking for the methods themselves that maybe I didn't know about. I have watched lots of tutorials and most of the stuff out there is great but oriented for a more casual audience. Chris is good and I like his stuff but I wouldn't quite place him as a high-end retoucher.
