Photography is much more likely to improve by finding more interesting subjects to take pictures of, by using better/faster lenses, by creative use of flash when possible. The camera body is and will always be of secondary importance.

(And yes, I just got the OM-D E-M5. It's a wonderful and beautiful device, but it is mostly going to improve my photography by being more portable than the dslr. When coming from another m43 camera that advantage does not exist.)
