Alternative/ Replacement AS-19 and AS-21

I've got a few broken flash stands for my SB800s and SB900s that I would like to replace with something more robust. THe AS-19 breaks at the cold shoe and the threads on the AS-21 have stripped out.
These stands are cheap enough the I can just keep on buying them but I'm worried about damaging my flashes should they fall. Can anyone recommend a more robust alternative?
