D7000 vs D700 vs 5D Mark II

I have been shooting a D7000 for a year and a half now and I'm looking to get into a more pro FF body. The D800 looks amazing but $3000 and the supply shortage is a bit discouraging. So that has left me with the potential for a D700 or 5D Mark II. I want to know how these cameras will perform in terms of IQ, Auto Focus, ISO and Speed. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. I have enlarged pictures from my D7000 to 24-36 with GOOD results. What can I expect out of the others? BTW I can find the Mark II and the D700 for around $1700 with approx 10,000 clicks.
