No D800, bought NEX-7: Japan contrasts

I placed an order for a D800 in Belgium on the first day they were taken (current D3 owner).
But the usual Nikon poor supply and demand management resulted in frustration, and I cancelled the order.
I traveled to Japan, and I bought a Sony NEX-7 with its standard zoom.
Meanwhile I spend a dark and rainy Saturday make a few shots with my NeX-7, trying to capture the contrasts between the rural Japan and the modern Japan.
Sorry that on my ipad I cannot upload the pictures in better resolution, and I have to post a link to the low res Picasa platform. A pitty as the native resolution of the NEX-7 is quite exceptional.
Here is the link:

I'm keeping my D3 and using the Sony as the travel companion. I may wait for a full frame 24mp Nikon to come out on a compact body (D400?).
