Could the OMD change your mind about Olympus?

I have owned the EPL1 and EPL2 and honestly did not like either of them and ended up selling them. I did not like the interface and honestly did not like the indoor photo quality. Having said that, is the OMD that different from the other Olympus cameras besides having a new sensor? It sure sounds like it.
