Birds in flight question

Hi, gang,

I need some advice about what is the best way to capture BIF with the 5diii.

What "case" do you prefer to use. I have been using Case 2 and have had fairly good results but would like to know what other folks do. I am not talking about small quick-moving birds like cardinals and wrens, etc. but larger birds like hawks and gulls.
