A57: Camera errors after upgrading to firmware 1.02

I got the camera last night, played around with it a little bit and didn't notice any issues. That was on firmware 1.01.

This morning, I upgraded the firmware to 1.02 following the instructions on the website. Everything went fine during he upgrade, no issues. However, now I started getting a "Camera Error" message every time after I take a couple of shots. I reset the camera and then it seemed to work again for a while, but now the same thing started happening again. Right when it's saving the picture to the memory card, the screen goes black and shows "Camera error".

I tried to reflash the firmware again, but it won't let you if the version on the camera is already the same. So if no one here has a suggestion here how to fix this, this camera goes back to Amazon.
