PW and nikon mini & flex confuration settings

Hi can anyone get a clean 500th with hypersync only. Tried on d700 and 800
on d800 i have went to 1.2 crop but still small bar just at top and bottom
anyone got settings??? i remember last year when was looking to buy lots of people saying they were getting 800th etc
tried messing about and got all the new firmware
