Be careful working for them as well.
They are paying photographers £500/day and not giving them any choice of who they want to work with. Photographers are going to be getting assistants etc who are unpaid, I'm guessing they will either be clueless or students.
They are also not paying musicians and junior technical roles for broadcast.
