You may own the copyright to the recording, but not the publishing (the words and melody).
You would need to seek permission from whoever owns the publishing rights before making the video public, just the same as your daughters choir group would have to seek permission to sing the song.
Copyright for publishing is not owned by a record label, it is owned by a publisher.
