80-200 or 70-200 for D800?

Sorry for this naive question. But am a long time Canon user and have pre ordered the D800.I am in a dilemma between 80-200 2.8 and 70-200 2.8 vr 2.I heard that the 70-200 has a lot of "focus breathing" and the effective focal lenght in MFD is very less.Iam an advertising, travel,Dance and people photographer and i shoot a lot of head shots for jewellery, cosmetics etc., is it possible to shoot a close up head shot with the 70-200? because my working range will be well within the MFD.
My second option is the 80-200 2.8 an older technology but heard its optically good.Kindly help me to choose the best lens.
My canon kit includes 5D2,70-200 F4,24-70 2.8,17-40 F4 ,50 1.8 and sigma 105 macro.I need something very similar to what i have now and am confused. Thanks in advance
regards
