What is your minimum shutter speed that gives you sharp handheld photos?

Not to hijack the other thread so I start a new one:
This is for the X-100.
What is the minimum shutter speed that gives you sharp pictures with handheld shots?
I have very steady hands and can easily go to 1/4th for objects that don't move.
But my normall setting is 1/30, also for people that pose.
What is your minimum speed?
