You could set the ISO to Auto 6400, aperture to 125/250 and either tweak the aperture of leave it on auto as you prefer and that might help - the ISO's good up to 6400 IMHO, and generally the stop bar in the left will give you an indication of if you need to dial the shutter faster. I've been using that a lot for street photography to make up for my trying to take pics on the fly (I don't always break stride to take a pic) with reasonable success. 'Reasonable' mainly down to my refusal to stop moving...
