I saw many times nikon has significantly more details at the same ISO than 5d mk iii. So, put some NR on the image, downsample it to the level of 5d mk iii (or just print it :)) and you'll get still more details with the same noise. Simple.

Pity really, you'd hope that with so many (mostly Nikon users admittedly) quoting these guys verbatim, they'd aim for a modicum of credibility.
