Take RGB values from a sample in the good area that you would like them to be at the targeted point in an affected area & plug them in to the curves adjustment layer RGB output fields marked at your target area. In Photoshop to mark a target point, shift+ctrl+click when the new curve layer is open & the color picker is pointed at the target point. I am not familiar with PSE, I guess it might be the same thing. See the pick below: the sample is #1, target is the circle.

You can repeat the steps as many times as you need to (using masks). See the pic below.
